15 Health Point Check
Our 15 Point Health Check will assess your current environment against a checklist of critical business systems. Providing an insight to areas that may require improvement.
All items in the 15 Point Health Check are assessed and rated against a traffic light system. Green = OK. Orange = Warning (requires work), Red = Critical Error.
This checklist contains a number of critical business systems. Use our expertise to assess your current IT environment against industry standards.
We can then provide recommendations on improvements to your environment including ongoing support and pro-active maintenance.
Anti-Virus Status
Report on the health of your antivirus systems and if any ‘at risk’ assets exist
Windows Updates
Review of Windows Updates which is one of the first areas of weakness potential hackers will exploit.
Backup System / Disaster Recovery
Current backup practices and infastructure. Identifies if this is sufficient to provide proper disaster recovery
System / Server Health
Identify hardware, licencing and any potential risks
Desktops / Laptops
Identify hardware that requires replacement or upgrade to increase their efficiency and reliability
Email Usage / Email Security
Identify email system including mailbox sizes, distribution lists as well as security procedures.
