Remote Support

We use TeamViewer as a remote support tool. There are two ways to get remote support using TeamViewer:

TeamViewer Host Package

You can download the TeamViewer Host Package, which will install onto your computer so that next time Remote Support is needed, it will not need to be downloaded again.

TeamViewer Quick Support tool

On the other hand, you can also use the TeamViewer Quick Support tool, which will not install onto your computer. So next time Remote Support is needed, you will need to re-download the tool.
